  1. Return Period: Our products can be returned within 7 Days of the original purchase of the product.

  3. Shipping Charges: Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from AzZaman Shopping.

  5. Out-of-Stock Items:We strive to maintain accurate inventory, but occasionally, an item might be unexpectedly out of stock. Don’t worry! We’ll refund your money in full and offer a little extra compensation to apologize for the inconvenience.

Refunds

After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 3 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

Refund & Exchanges Steps
Step 1: Contact us by submitting a return form to let us assist you with your return procedure.

Step 2: Indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. We will get back to you within 24 hours.

Step 3: After receiving return instructions from us, please package the item(s) up and keep the items in good condition and well packaged. Send the package and provide your return tracking number or waybill for us.

Step 4: Keep tracking of the logistic info, once it has been delivered successfully, please kindly inform us so that we could arrange the refund for you as soon as possible.

Step 5: Normally please allow 1-2 business days for transit, plus an additional 1-3 business days for processing after arrival at our Fulfillment Center. You will receive a notification email once we process your refund.
